Just a few days ago, while on a personal breakfast date, I was struck with awe during a conversation with Gene & Joann Afusia, co-founders of Rock Athletics. While Rock Athletics is not here in Hawaii, I'd like to express that the idea and foundation of this non-profit organization is truly inspiring and provides awesome opportunities to all of Carson's female athletes....
I know I've mentioned that Rock Athletics are a non-profit organization but let me add the totally inspiring and awesome part...They are on a mission to provide sports clinics & camps to all female athletes in the Carson area absolutely FREE! How can this be done?! Exactly what I was thinking but knowing that it is already in its infancy stages and takes off this week is enough to make me a believer and want to help out in everyway possible!!! Let's get this started by a quick mention of their upcoming event, how to contact and get involve, and a brief description of their mission statement and overview!

We at ROCK ATHLETICS strive to develop and prepare student athletes by offering well-rounded sports clinics, showcasing all-star games, the infusion of cultural awareness activities and future tutorial sessions. This is our mission. Everything we do is geared toward this simple but necessary mission in our community.
Company Overview:
We are a group of friends that came together to share our common interests and goals. We all have similar interests and that is in our kids, our nieces, our nephews, and the neighborhood kids too. We wanted our kids to get access to top of the line training at an affordable rate. We are individuals that came together to run affordable camps for our local kids.
